Our Mission

Jewel In His Crown exists to inspire, serve and mentor Junior High and High School girls by being Godly examples in word, lifestyle, love, faith, and purity (Titus 2:4; 1 Timothy 4:12).  We provide a place that is safe to share who you are and your life struggles, to receive guidance spiritually, socially and in life’s choices.  Our goal is to bring up a generation that lives in surrender to God, understanding our need for Him while also understanding our identity as jewels in His crown.

Statement of Faith

We believe there is one true God who is the Creator of the universe.  We believe in the complete truth of the Bible.  We believe in the Trinity – Father, Son, Holy Spirit; one God, three Persons.  We believe that all have sinned and need a Redeemer.  We believe that Jesus is the Redeemer and the promised Messiah, and to be redeemed you must receive the sacrifice Jesus made as a payment for your sin and ask Him for forgiveness of your sins.  We believe salvation is a free gift and that we don’t have to work for it.  We believe that salvation gives us eternal life.  We believe that through salvation we are given the gift of the Holy Spirit and that His role in our life is two-fold: 1) to give us a new nature that has the power to fight sin in our life and 2) to be present in our life and fill us with His presence and power when we surrender to Him.
